Roeddem yn awyddus i dynnu sylw at y cyfoeth o gyfleoedd yn yr economi gwyrdd sy\u2019n datblygu yng Nghymru.<\/p>\n<p>Green GEN Cymru yw gweithredwr rhwydwaith dosbarthu annibynol mwyaf Cymru, ac mae\u2019n buddsoddi \u00a31 biliwn mewn isadeiledd grid, gan olygu ein bod yn chwaraewr allweddol yn nhrosglwyddiad ynni\u2019r genedl. Yn y digwyddiad hwn, siaradodd aelodau ein t\u00eem am eu teithiau gyrfaol amrywiol nhw eu hunain a chynnig cipolwg o\u2019r byd go iawn ar weithio yn un o sectorau mwyaf dynamig y DU ac un o\u2019r rhai sy\u2019n tyfu gyflymaf. Roedd eu brwdfrydedd yn glir wrth iddynt sgwrsio \u00e2 mynychwyr o bob cefndir \u2013 p\u2019un a oedd ganddyn nhw ddiddordeb mewn peirianneg, polisi, ymgysylltiad neu gynllunio.<\/p>\n<p>Rhoddodd Rachel Foster, y Rheolwr Prosiect Cyswllt, grynodeb o ysbryd y diwrnod:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cRoedd hi\u2019n wych siarad \u00e2 chymaint o bobl oedd \u00e2 diddordeb mewn adeiladu gyrfa gyda phwrpas. Waeth beth yw eu sgiliau, mae toreth o gyfleoedd \u2013 ac mae Cymru wrth galon hyn i gyd. Roedd fy ngradd innau mewn ieithoedd ond dyma fi yn awr yn helpu i adeiladu\u2019r isadeiledd i bweru\u2019r dyfodol. Nid oes un llwybr gradd penodol sy\u2019n ofynnol; y cwbl yr ydym ni a\u2019r sector cyfan ei angen yw pobl ymroddedig sydd ag angerdd ymhob cornel o Gymru i\u2019n helpu i\u2019w ddarparu.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Roedd y digwyddiad nid yn unig yn cynnig cyngor gwerthfawr am rwydweithio a gyrfaoedd, roedd hefyd yn dangos ymrwymiad Green GEN Cymru i gefnogi\u2019r genhedlaeth nesaf o dalent.
